Context & Missions

The Software & Electronics Engineer is supportive to the Pre-Sales Engineer in its missions between the customer, the sales team and the Arkamys technical team.
Its mission is to provide technical support to the demonstration’s preparations.
Its skills must be technical with a good understanding of the customer issues.

 

The main mission of the Software & Electronics Engineer is to contribute to business development of the company, he/she:

  • Assists the Pre-Sales engineer for demonstration’s preparations (electronic boards, hardware design, wiring and soldering, hard/soft tests, setup installation in vehicle)
  • Has knowledge in embedded software, Linux environment and software development
  • Collects and integrates information and remarks (product specificities and technical constraints of the project) relative to demonstrations
  • Take part of a continuous improvement logic, proposing new ideas for demonstrators
  • Support product and engineering in technological decisions
  • Ensure a technological watch

 

Required Profile

  • Technical profile specialized in electronic architecture & software: BTS or equivalent
  • Driving License
  • Mastery of audio technologies and their integration into electronic components is a plus
  • Relation ease with international contacts
  • Understanding of the overall company strategy and its competitive environment
  • Written and oral presentation skills
  • Perfectly fluent in oral and written English
  • Base working language: English; French is a plus
  • This position requires frequent trips in France and abroad for demo installations & validations
